Numbers created from typefaces designed between 1900 and 1990's. 0 is taken from 19(0)0, 1 from 19(1)0 and so on. I then painted them in a sign-writing style, using traditional sign-writing techniques, taking inspiration from my interest in signage and nostalgia that threads through my work.
